8:00am- Protein shake & Coffee
11:45am- Nature Valley Cranberry and Pomegranate Bar
2:15pm- Turkey sandwich(two small slices wheat bread, 1 tablespoon mayo, 2 slices mesquite turkey meat)
2:45pm- Jell-O Mousse
7:45pm- Homemade Chicken Parm with Linguine



Workout: None


Thoughts on today:  Its amazing how much one small thing can throw a wrench in your plans for the day.  I had every intention of going to the gym after work but then Mike lost his job.  I'm not discouraged from my goal of four workouts a week but made another realization.. Working out in the morning is a must!
