8:00am oatmeal with blueberries, coffee (300 cal)
10:00am english muffin (100 cal)
10:30am english muffin (100 cal)
12:30pm soup, chips, yogurt (350 cal)
3:30pm 2 bananas, almonds (300 cal)
5:45pm apple (100 cal)
9:00pm pasta with shrimp, snack size m&ms (500 cal)

Total calories: 1,750

No workout, but I walked 2 miles during my two breaks during the day.
