12:30pm minestrone soup, wrap (300 cal)
4:30pm Organic Valley bar (140 cal)
5:40pm Shredded Mini Wheats (500 cal)
10:00pm spaghetti squash, bite of apple tart (150 cal)
10:30pm popcorn (100 cal)

Total calories: 1,800

4.5 mile walk
